Course Description
Many people are unaware as what constitutes sexual harassment and how to stop such acts. Acts of harassment are not just limited to workplace but there are work from home cases of sexual harassment as well virtual too. A course designed to fully instruct employees about all the aspects of PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) at the workplace. It explains what it is, the guidelines to be followed, the provisions of Act, the reporting procedure, the role of Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) and responsibility of the organisation. The course uses incidents from everyday life to identify and prevent incidents that may be construed as sexual harassment.
